1971 7 1/2p Uster ALL OVER PHOSPHOR

1971 7 1/2p Ulster painting, from a block where the phosphor came to grief, probably one sheet got stuck when the phosphor was applied causing the impression cylinder to get a slew of phosphor. this example is one of 3 known all over phosphor. I have grades of others partly phosphor, side banded, and even diagonally banded.
